Order Generation

When a quote is marked 'Ordered':

1. System: Creates an order record.
2. Lines: Copies quote_line items to order_item.
3. Subscriptions: If product.type is 'Subscription', creates subscription record.
4. Assets: If product.type is 'Asset', creates asset record for the Account.

Invoice Run

The InvoiceScheduler runs nightly.

1. Select: Findings order records with next_billing_date on or before Today.
2. Generate: Creates invoice and invoice_line records.
3. Delivery: Sends email with Invoice PDF to bill_to_contact.
4. Post: Updates order status to 'Billed'.
